Abalone is an edible mollusc. Native to Australia. It is considered a delicacy. It has a single, ear-shaped shell lined with mother of pearl. It has a delicate taste with a firm texture.

This aquaculture facility strives to constantly improve harvest methods, production, storage and delivery techniques to ensure the highest quality exported abalone product in the world.
